Evans Properties LLC is a full service Property Management and Real Estate Sales company based out of Cottage Grove, WI. We provide rental and sales service all over south central Wisconsin.  Our services include; Property Management, Property Maintenance, Real Estate Sales and Real Estate Rentals for both residential and commercial properties.

Evans Properties Management Division is designed for the "hands off" owner.  In other words, an owner who wants to enjoy the benefits of income property investment but not the hassles of management.We have over 20 years of experience in managing apartment complexes, duplexes, 4 units, homes, commercial buildings and strip malls.

RENTALS   Through an extensive screening process of credit reports,employment verification, eviction checks, and past rental history, we maintain quality renters and maximize your income.

ACCOUNTING  We maintain separate checking accounts and money market accounts for each of our owners.  This gives you a separate and distinct look at your profits.  Financial reports are mailed out monthly which include profit and loss statements for each individual property and your properties as a whole.  At year end we gather and prepare all information needed to hand over directly to your accountant.

ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY   Providing you with professional real estate management is our first priority.  Through our extensive network of people in the industry, we are constantly on the lookout for new properties for you to invest in.  Through market surveys and analysis we are never behind the market with rents.  We are members of the Wisconsin Realtors Association and are constantly educating ourselves to the changing Wisconsin Statutes and Administrative Codes relating to the real estate industry.
