AI readiness Small IT services firm focused on guiding clients through AI automation—a market opportunity for sell-side partnerships, managed AI implementation, and advisory services to accelerate AI adoption for government and commercial clients.

Government focus Experience with government clients suggests a USP for public sector IT modernization, cyber security, and compliance services. Opportunity to package scalable solutions for agencies seeking modernization and cost efficiency.

Boutique agility Very small team likely enables highly personalized engagement and rapid pilots. Prospect for onboarding through low-risk, high-ROI pilot projects and fractional/retainer-based engagements.

Tech stack leverage Existing stack elements like WordPress, MySQL, Google Workspace, and open source servers indicate potential for integrating and optimizing current client environments, plus upsell on hosted solutions, security hardening, and cloud migrations.

Financial upside Revenue under $1M positions the firm for growth via strategic partnerships with larger systems integrators, subcontracting on larger deals, and cross-sell of AI automation and IT optimization services to mid-market clients.
