The company is based in Cerritos, California, and operates as a small-to-mid sized firm with capabilities in planning, entitlement, development, and ongoing asset management. In November 2024, Exdev participated in launching a Business Skills for Entrepreneurs course through the Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development Foundation.
