Expivia will enable customers of our clients to utilize a variety of options in communicating with them.  These include voice, chat, social network channels, text/apps messaging, video calls, web portals, web RTC and even a natural speech IVR.  While certain communication techniques have been enabled in the past, we will now provide callers with the ability to automatically choose their form of communication on any and all calls.

Expivia is also a member of both the NICE CXone Executive Advisory Board and the CXone Advisory Board.
Both boards consist of a select group of NICE Cxone customers selected to join as trusted advisors to help NICE Cxone validate ideas for new products and features and plans for future innovations.
