Established in 2000, Feldman & Associates, Inc. is an AV rated, boutique law firm emphasizing construction, prevailing wage, business, and real estate disputes. We serve the Greater Los Angeles area and counties from San Diego to San Francisco.

We offer legal counseling and advice on prevailing wage, labor compliance, and reporting requirements on public works and construction projects;

We draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.  

Agreements include, but are not limited to, letters of intent, consulting agreements, lease agreements, confidentiality agreements and other general commercial documents;

We represent property owners, purchasers, tenants, investors, lenders, and developers in a variety of real estate transactions.
