From our humble beginnings in 1989, First Response continues to grow and add additional offerings that allow us to improve and become more efficient. We are the only company in the Pacific Northwest able to combine our on-site, patrol, and alarm response services with a full range of electronic security through our in-house UL dispatch/monitoring center. This exclusive advantage allows First Response to provide a faster response time to a broad range of customers without using sub-contractors. With up to 15 vehicles on the road every night, over 3,000 alarm systems monitored, and over 300,000 Alarm Responses under our belt, no other company has the experience that we do.

Our officers are provided with 4G tablets which allow them to write reports while on location. We created our own patrol & dispatch software which automatically sends our officer’s reports directly to our clients and allows our dispatchers to work more efficiently, resulting in minutes off the response time! As a Honeywell Authorized Dealer, we’re able to offer everything from home security systems to commercial fire systems.
