Fit In The City exists to build healthy and strong bodies, one life at a time, through caring, dedicated, and certified, professional instruction. Fit In The City has provided affordable wellness programs in the greater Omaha area since 2000. In 2005, Fit In The City expanded into Workplace Wellness. Our services include Group Fitness Classes, Boot Camps, Personal Training, Lunch and Learns, Nutrition Programs, and Way to Live, which is Fit In The City’s Your Health, Made Simple Program based on nutritional education and individually tailored exercise programs. Since entering the Workplace Wellness field, Fit In The City has expanded services to include Fitness Center Management, Workplace Wellness Program Coordinating, Consulting, Educational Seminars, and Interactive Fitness Solutions and Support.
