Fitness on the Run (FOR) is a spacious private studio which offers personal training, group exercise classes and workshops, by a team of  trainers highly versed in the latest research and skilled in a variety of specialties.

We care deeply about our clients and have developed an approach to fitness that focuses on increasing lean muscle mass, cardiovascular health, healthy joints and range of motion while supporting a client’s specific health needs. We also provide nutritional counseling during your session and have with us a practitioner who is on the Consulting Team of Whole 9 Life. She offers Wellness and Nutrition consultations via face-to-face, phone, email and Skype appointments.

FOR maintains relationships with a large network of specialists to help our clients achieve total wellness.
