The principals of FCG have managed the development of over 20,000 residential lots and related commercial development, marinas, vacation ownership resorts, hotels, and self storage facilities. Additionally, the principals of FCG have led the acquisition, operation, and management of restaurants, apartments, office buildings, and industrial facilities. 

The management team collectively has over 200 years of direct real estate development, construction, and operations experience. The executive team includes seasoned finance, capital acquisition, accounting, construction, marketing, and operations professionals.

Founded over a decade ago, FCG began as a developer of single-family lots for national builders. In 2009, FCG made a strategic decision to diversify into income-producing properties, with a focus on niche sectors that were recession resistant with consistent cash flow. The operating expertise, systems, and infrastructure we have developed to effectively and profitably manage income businesses are transferrable to other operationally intense businesses.
