At Flood & Associates, we offer accounting and tax services to clients, both midsize and small. We take pride in staying current through continuing education on all aspects of accounting, auditing and tax law changes (both federal and state).

Flood & Associates is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants. We undergo a Peer Review of our quality control system every three years. We have received the highest rating given by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an unqualified opinion, from all of our Peer Reviews.

We take a special interest in getting to know each of our clients and providing them with personal service. We are a full service CPA firm providing tax, audit and accounting services in addition to business consulting services.
