FlyBy is a mid-sized airline pilot training academy based in Castilla y León, Spain, with more than a decade of experience developing professional pilots from beginners toward airline readiness. The organization emphasizes safety, reliability, and integrity in its training and aims to meet the standards expected in today’s global aviation industry.

Its Integrated ATPL program targets individuals with little or no previous flying experience and provides a structured 14-month pathway to becoming airline-ready. The package is all-inclusive, covering accommodation, meals, Class 1 medical, iPad, and exam fees. FlyBy has also run cadet programs that guarantee a year-long job as a flight instructor after completion, reflecting a career-supportive approach. In April 2024, FlyBy announced a partnership with Tecnam, becoming the launch customer for the P2006T NG aircraft.
