Headquartered in Dallas, Texas; the company's local network presence spans the state. Historically the large communication providers started in Metropolitan areas, and some never left. Foremost has grown from the outside in, targeting more remote areas and providing services to Businesses, Schools, and Municipalities. This strategy has allowed our Customers to take advantage of enhanced services while maintaining their homegrown roots.

Our customers are in areas including Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Laredo, Houston, Beaumont, Corpus Christi and the Rio Grande Valley; in addition to many small cities and municipalities in more rural Texas areas. Our Network combines owned and leased lines and connects most of the State of Texas. Since 2002, Foremost has been providing a reliable, cost effective alternative for Voice, Internet, and Data solutions within the markets that we serve.
