Since its inception, Genessy has dedicated its services to the management of residential buildings for low and very low-income families. We have ten non-profit corporations among our clients. Eighty percent of the management inventory serves families living under the poverty line. The regions covered by the firm include the Los Angeles Basin, San Fernando Valley, Antelope Valley, San Bernardino County, Kern County, San Joaquin Valley, Imperial County in California and Nacogdoches County in Texas. Services that we provide include property management and low income consultation to nonprofit organizations; social activities coordination and implementation; market analysis; landscaping maintenance, design and installation; real estate development sales and consultation; and feasibility studies.
