Georgia Malone & Company, Inc. is a NYC based full service entrepreneurial real estate brokerage and consulting firm comprised of professionals and focused on structuring deals, employing value added strategies and performing due diligence and feasibility analyses for its clients. We specialize in representing Sellers and Buyers of properties that are not "on the market." Our clients include institutional investors as well as major property owners, equity and mezzanine financial investors. We also represent AIMCO, one of the country's largest apartment REIT, as their buying representative, which allows us to structure deferred capital gains on the sale of apartment buildings. Clients deal directly with the principals of our firm on everything from large residential and commercial portfolio transactions to small retail leases.
