GMP Metal Products is a contract manufacturer of quality metal stampings, fabrications and assemblies. Our capabilities include laser cutting, fabricating, stamping, forming, deep drawing, welding and metal finishing. Currently, our largest press capability is 1,500 tons. Our high-tonnage press capability is coupled with very large bed sizes and supported by an abundance of lesser size and tonnage presses. These presses, in conjunction with three state-of-the-art laser cutting systems, a CNC turret press, machining capabilities and robotic welding, give us the firepower to handle almost any project from prototyping through final delivery. Our general offices and original plant are located in St. Louis where we have 220,000 square feet of manufacturing space and over 200 employees. We also have a second manufacturing facility in Humboldt, Tennessee, with an additional 110,000 square feet and 125 employees. Over the years, we have developed extensive experience in many different industries. Our capabilities allow us to produce parts that range from close tolerance internal transmission parts to very large and heavy, difficult deep-drawn components for a variety of applications. Our management information systems, as well as direct communication links via EDI with our customers, are utilized to coordinate production and deliveries and to enhance communications. This also provides us with the ability to customize specific programs to accommodate each customer’s requirements.
