Established in 1974, HAL has been serving the needs of the water community for many years. We appreciate the long-term relationships we have established in government and industry throughout the region.
Throughout its history, HAL has been a respected Utah leader in water resources engineering. During that time HAL has worked for over 500 clients on thousands of water projects.  

HAL specializes in drinking water, secondary water, wastewater, and stormwater projects for cities, counties, and other government entities.  By choice, over 85 percent of our work is for municipal clients, special districts, or other agencies.  Most of the other 15 percent of our work is for industrial clients in providing similar services. HAL is located in South Jordan, Utah.
