Leadership Change Recent departure of a Director of Mechanical Engineering signals potential leadership transition and project staffing fluctuations, presenting an opening for introducing Harris Consulting Engineers to fill immediate and upcoming mechanical design capabilities.

Mechanical Expertise Strong focus on plumbing, mechanical, electrical, lighting, and IT design services across diverse sectors (Commercial, Educational, Institutional, Hospitality, Gaming, Industrial, Residential) creates cross-selling opportunities for integrated MEP design packages and specialty systems.

Mid Market Scale Revenue range ($25M-$50M) and employee count (11-50) position Harris as a mid-sized firm likely seeking strategic partnerships, preferred vendor programs, and collaborative bids on larger projects with larger A/E firms and developers.

Industry Fit Experience across corporate, government, healthcare, higher education, and institutional sectors aligns with opportunities from large developers and public sector clients seeking reliable MEP consultants for multifaceted projects.

Competitive Landscape Operating alongside sizable national firms with extensive footprints, Harris can differentiate through niche sector expertise, flexible engagement models, and targeted pitches to win subcontracted or joint-venture roles on complex scopes.
