Health Builders is a non-profit organization based in Kigali, Rwanda. Since 2007, it has partnered with local and national government bodies to build health systems capacity and improve access to quality health care. It concentrates its work in three rural districts, serving more than one million people, with its Kigali headquarters enabling coordination and regular engagement with the Ministry of Health and other partners. The organization aims to strengthen management of health systems and to develop health care infrastructure, delivering mentoring, education, infrastructure, and technology in rural communities. Health Builders employs 11-50 staff and collaborates with governmental and international partners, including recent engagements with the Ministry of Health and other national health institutions.
