Heath & Lineback (H&L), founded in 1994, is an engineering consulting firm with significant experience in the design, inspection, and maintenance of transportation infrastructure – bridges, pedestrian facilities, roads, intersections, railroads, and airport facilities. 
Our founding partners - John Heath, Gary Lineback, Masood Shabazaz, and Allen Krivsky - are officers of the firm.  The key founding employees and their skills have been supplemented by a mix of experienced staff and new graduates.  Stability in our workforce has allowed us to develop skills and relationships that help us maintain a quality product and provide excellent service to our clients.  We now have a strong nucleus of professional engineers who remain committed to the technical aspects of transportation design and are involved as “hands-on” technical project managers.  H&L has offices in Marietta, Georgia; Carrollton, Georgia; and Orlando, Florida.
