Hickok-Dible has been in the real estate development business as a builder, developer and property manager continuously since its founding in 1904.

Timothy W. Hickok is currently President of the company, the fourth generation since the Company was founded by Napoleon Dible, developer of many well known neighborhoods bordering Kansas City's famous Ward Parkway.

In its nearly one hundred years of activity, the company has built over seven thousand living units throughout the Midwest. The Hickok-Dible name in Kansas City is synonymous with quality construction and optimum value. During the last twenty years, the company has diversified into the construction, ownership and management of various income properties, including commercial space, shopping centers, apartments and townhomes.

The Company built nearly everything between 99th and 101st streets from Nall to Lowell in Overland Park. Currently we own and operate ten multi-family complexes throughout the midwest.
