H.O. Penn Machinery Company is the Caterpillar Equipment dealer for the lower 13 counties of New York and the state of Connecticut. H.O. Penn operates out of six locations, all of which offer full sales and service for Caterpillar products. Our locations are Poughkeepsie, NY; Bronx, NY; Holtsville and Medford (Long Island), NY (the Medford location houses the Power Systems Corporate Headquarters); Bloomingburg, NY and Newington, CT. 

H.O. Penn offers extensive service expertise in Caterpillar products and a vast inventory of parts, as well as over 500 Caterpillar machines available to meet customers'​ rental and equipment needs. Service and sales personnel are factory trained to help provide the quickest and most cost-effective solutions to customers.
