The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) is the UK trade association for vehicle parts manufacturers, importers and independent wholesale distributors, and independent garages.

It’s the only trade association that lobbies on behalf of the independent automotive sector, specifically on parts. The federation develops and maintains effective links with government departments, regulators, allied trade associations and the press to ensure its views are always given serious consideration and acted upon.

The aim of the association is to promote all aspects of the aftermarket and support every part of a member’s business and provide beneficial services, including networking events with suppliers, distributors and garages.

The IAAF exists purely to represent the needs and requirements of its members and to co-ordinate its shared strengths to promote the independent automotive aftermarket as a credible alternative for vehicle service and repair.
