In-Pipe Technology’s bioaugmentation process reduces buildup of fats, oil, and grease in wastewater piping systems and reduces the load on wastewater treatment plants through the addition of beneficial and environmentally-friendly bacteria. Microorganisms act to catalyze the oxidation of biodegradable organics and other contaminants generating innocuous by-products such as carbon dioxide, water and biomass (sludge).
