Inflection Point Law, Inc. is a partnership between Rich Marr and Barbara Petilli which provides a team-based delivery of corporate and transactional legal services to small and mid-sized companies in various stages of growth.

About our name:
We chose the name Inflection Point Law, Inc. because an inflection point is an event that results in a significant change in the progress of a company that is considered a turning point after which a dramatic change results.  Inflection points are more significant than the day-to-day progress typically made, and the effects of the change are well known and widespread. We are honored that our clients trust us to assist them with legal matters that lead to inflection points in their business.
