We believe the key survey elements for gathering the most useful data are: • Demographics that are unique to your company • Customized statements tailored to your business • Open-ended employee comments • Pre-set employee comments • Twelve unique modules based upon the HR functions • Comparative data to assist you with benchmarking Surveys are available in a variety of languages and can be either paper or pencil, Internet-based or a combination of these methods. Following the completion of the survey you will receive a written report including appropriate tables and graphs and a HR-focused assessment strategy. Feedback sessions are also available.
