At Inqune, we have a vision. We want businesses to feel confident in hiring raw university graduates or warriors from the last generation of tech, knowing they have the tools to create the experts that they need through internal training. We want companies to hire people for their aptitudes and attitudes, not their current skill set. We want learning to be a way of life inside organizations, and we want startups with great ideas to be able to create the talent they need to grow.

Inqune began working with cloud computing start-up leaders in late 2012, providing guidance on launching learning programs and hiring for training roles. Understanding that while the design these programs required was sophisticated, their training frequency was low and they were working with severe resource constraints, Inqune created a methodology to rapidly develop scalable programs specifically for cloud computing firms. 

Initially, Inqune designed standalone programs, including sales kick-offs and onboarding, to be delivered with clients. But it quickly became clear that what small companies really needed was a strategic partner to lay foundations for a continuing learning and development practice. Today, Inqune works closely with each client to design specialized programs that will grow and change with the firm.
