Integrated Testing and Engineering Company of San Antonio (InTEC of San Antonio) has been providing geotechnical, environmental, geologic, and construction materials testing services since 1991.  

Planning stage: InTEC provides initial (due diligence) project services including environmental site assessments, preliminary soil survey, and geological assessments.  If any existing structures are to be demolished, InTEC can help complete asbestos and lead based paint surveys.

Design stage: InTEC has performed 1000s of soils studies in the State of Texas and very familiar with soils and performance of structures built on these soils.   Foundation recommendations, pavement recommendations, retaining wall related designs, and HUD surveys are completed routinely by InTEC.  In-house drilling rigs and AASHTO accredited laboratory support experienced professionals to complete them efficiently 

Construction stage: InTEC has trained and certified technicians provide the day to day construction materials testing and inspection services on demand.  

Post construction: InTEC has always been ready to address pavement distress and foundation distress situations.

Awareness: InTEC  works with clients, contractors, and engineers to learn and educate on an on-going basis.
