Based in New York, International Culinary Center is a mid-sized provider of professional culinary, pastry, and wine education. It traces its roots to 1984 when Dorothy Cann Hamilton founded The French Culinary Institute, and over the years it built a global presence from New York City, educating graduates from more than 90 countries. The center offers an intensive six-month program designed to prepare culinary professionals for leadership roles and provides graduates with credentials, practical training, and industry connections. In 2020 ICC announced it would close its campus at the end of the year and join forces with the Institute of Culinary Education to operate on a single national platform at ICE’s Los Angeles and New York campuses. This consolidation follows prior footprint changes, including the 2019 closure of ICC's West Coast Campbell campus.
