Invent Development Partners was founded in 2014 by Jon Dwight and Michael Badger as a vehicle to develop residential, mixed use and hospitality real estate development projects and investments in up and coming urban and iconic resort destinations.  Jon and Michael have worked together since 1997 on various projects in Colorado, Utah and North Dakota and decided to formally combine their diverse real estate and construction backgrounds into one company.  We bring together extensive experience in all aspects of real estate development. Our collective 80-years experience, as diverse and impressive as the projects we deliver, cover all aspects of real estate development. There’s nothing we can’t handle. 

We have a keen focus on identifying new markets, trends and growth areas.  We are building lasting value for the future.  Our deep knowledge of all aspects of the real estate development process and our attention to detail at every turn gives us the edge that we need to succeed in today’s highly technical and competitive marketplace. The world is moving fast and we are leading the way by providing unique opportunities for our investors and the end users of our developments.

We are a company with the systems and processes of a big firm and the ability to be quick and nimble like a small entrepreneurial company.  We bring the sophistication to the real estate development world that is typically only found in large real estate development companies. We are about developing long term relationships with our clients, consultants and anybody we work with.  It is not any one individual who makes a real estate development project successful.  It’s about a team of people working together towards a common goal.
