Business has changed since 1898 when Charles Polep had 2 farms in the Boston area, 6 generations ago.

As a manufacturer of food items in Rachael’s Food Corporation, we sell the freshest salads, sandwiches and other products to give our customers products with a longer shelf life and higher quality than they could get elsewhere.
