Currently, we have communities in Washington and New Mexico where we have the largest active adult communities in both states. Our previous projects have been in Nevada.  We are currently looking to expand our operations to growth markets for baby boomers and where there is a demand for large scale sustainable communities.  We are responsible for all phases of the development cycle from design, entitlement, construction, sales and marketing and operations.
