JHA's staff of six people has a combined 80 years of experience in the infrastructure planning/design/finance industry. JHA has helped developer and water district clients in all parts of Texas comply with State rules and requirements for financing projects. Since JHA was founded, we have been a part of the following:
* Strategizing and forming three master planned communities using a master district concept and 4+ primary water districts;
* Preparation of applications to create 31 districts, including Municipal Utility Districts, Water Control and Improvement Districts and Municipal Management Districts. On most of these, we assisted with processing them through the TCEQ;
* Representation as District engineer for 16 water districts in Williamson, Travis, Bastrop and Hays Counties;
* Preparation of and processing through TCEQ approximately 50 bond applications for various water districts;
* Preparation of and processing through TCEQ approximately 8 Certificate of Convenience and Necessity applications for developers;
* Preparation of and processing of numerous other types of applications through TCEQ including contract tax applications, amendments, surplus funds, etc, and;
* Assisted numerous developer clients in proper procedures to be followed in early stages of a development to help assure the maximum reimbursements which can be achieved through water district bonds.
