In this role, Kalleo resolves the frustration of system downtime by performing the daily maintenance tasks required to keep the organization’s systems running optimally. We invest the time necessary to learn about the organization, including its strengths, weaknesses, business processes, and short and long-term objectives. We facilitate brainstorming sessions to assist in goal and strategy development. Then, we develop and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns the implementation of new technology to those goals.
