Together, we provide preconstruction, construction management, design-build, and general contracting services to clients in the educational, senior living, retail, multi-family residential, corporate, hospitality, health care, and institutional markets. 

Founded in 1959 and incorporated in 1966, the firm annually manages $400-$500 million in construction volume. 

KBE’s long-term commitment to corporate philanthropy began in 2009, when we launched our 50 Ways To Make A Difference charitable giving program to celebrate the firm’s then-50 years in business. In 2022, we founded the KBE Foundation, a not-for-profit charitable organization dedicated to making a difference in our communities. Since 2009, we have provided more than $4.2 million in direct donations and pro bono services, along with more than 16,000 staff volunteer hours. The Foundation supports not-for-profit organizations and events that improve the quality of life for children and adults, whether by enhancing educational opportunities, addressing food- or housing- insecurity, achieving social equity, or other community needs.
