Having serviced the U.S. Nuclear Power Plant industry for more than 30 years, KLD has performed the Evacuation Time Estimates studies for more than 75% of the U.S. operating sites. We have been actively involved in emergency planning for Hurricanes, Chemical Spill Scenarios, and Terrorist Attacks.

KLD Engineering, P. C.  has been certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) by NYSDOT and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by Nassau County, New York. Under the unified certification processes, it becomes certified with a number of other agencies.
