KSE Associates is a Economic Development Organization that provide cost reduction strategies for new development, expansion, consolidation or relocation of facilities. In addition, we also provide cost reductions for hiring, training, retaining, and R&D expenses. We create competition for that residency, unearthing financial opportunities through the procurement of local and state economic incentives. We identify, evaluate, and negotiate cash grants, infrastructure improvements, tax reductions, and job training. Our job is to reduce cost and drive performance by bridging the expense gap between Economic Growth and the organization's budget.
