LA Family Housing is a nonprofit organization based in North Hollywood, California, dedicated to helping families move from homelessness and poverty through a continuum of housing tied to supportive services. Founded in 1983, it has grown to become the largest provider of affordable housing in the San Fernando Valley and a leading practitioner of basic-needs and homeless services throughout Greater Los Angeles.

The organization owns and operates 22 properties, including three shelters and 19 permanent affordable apartment buildings, as part of its integrated approach to housing and wraparound services. It reports a 92% success rate in placing families into permanent housing and supports more than 500 households annually as they move toward housing stability. By aligning housing costs with basic needs and expanding the stock of affordable housing, LA Family Housing aims to strengthen neighborhood infrastructure and stimulate economic activity in low-income communities. In October 2025, OBOL partnered with LA Family Housing Corporation to deliver pet food and supplies to individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
