We offer various levels of field service and calibration contracts on all new and refurbished balances and analyzers bought from us, toll free over the phone technical support, and free shipping on any repairs and calibrations done at our service center, located in Burbank, CA. Don't want to ship your equipment across the country? We also offer full in field services on most balances and analyzers in all 48 contiguous states! Our field technicians are equipped with all necessary parts and equipment to perform a full field repair, calibrations, and or machine certifications right at your business! No need to ship your equipment across the country to have it serviced and potentially deal with back-logging or shipping damages, we’ll come to you for a reasonable fee! We are able to accommodate service and support 365 days a year, and we are not restricted to standard business hours. Need service the next day? Need service 6 months from now?
