Guided by the belief that every person has ability and value, LADD empowers adults with developmental disabilities to live, work and connect.  LADD is a 50-year-old Cincinnati-based nonprofit organization that supports over 900 adults in Hamilton County through housing and employment options, life skills training, and advocacy leadership.
