Landmark’s business began in 1968 with a 4-unit building in San Francisco’s historic Mission District, where Landmark is still headquartered today. Over the last five decades Landmark has expanded into Northern California’s Alameda, Marin, Napa, and Dixon markets, as well as Albuquerque, New Mexico and the greater Kansas City area.

Landmark’s portfolio has steadily grown to over 7,000 units across more than 80 properties nationwide. While Landmark Realty is headquartered in San Francisco, they have satellite offices in each Landmark region.
