Laser Action Plus is the leading managed print service provider in North Central Florida.  We have been locally owned and operated since 1989.  We are an HP Managed Print Specialist.

In addition to the sale of remanufactured toner cartridges and equipment and the break-fix service, Laser Action Plus has numerous contracts in place. Extended warranties, Cents-able Laser Care, our own brand of managed print services, and IT managed services are among the contract offerings. Our IT Works program offers remote network monitoring at a monthly fee.  We are also certified in Toshiba copier products.

Our experience with contracts and services includes large entities such as universities, banking, hospitals, state and local government, and k-12 education.  We specialize in small business services.  We have several customers with multiple locations and presently provide national coverage for the provision of toner and printer repair. 

We are authorized for warranty repair with HP, Canon, Xerox, Lexmark, Toshiba, and Brother and do out of warranty repairs for several others. The qualifications of our IT department include everything from network architecture to copier installation. As a Microsoft certified partner, we offer support for all of Microsoft’s operating systems.
