LEAM Drilling Systems, Inc. was formed in 1980 with its initial base of operations in New Iberia, Louisiana. In 1986 LEAM expanded its directional services to the Permian Basin by acquiring Directional Investment Guidance, Inc., a directional drilling company located in Midland, Texas. In 1990, LEAM opened an office in Houston, Texas, and began offering horizontal drilling services. LEAM later expanded operations by opening offices in 1997 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In 2001, LEAM entered into the MWD market by acquiring MWD Management, Inc.

LEAM has established a reputation for technical expertise in well planning and the implementation of directional and horizontal drilling programs. Throughout any assignment constant communication is maintained between our management team, our customers and our field supervisors.

Since 1980, we have expanded our directional and horizontal services to include a complete line of positive displacement down hole mud motors, directional MWD with Gamma, and all necessary directional drilling tools needed to complete your drilling assignment.
