Mr. Hollander is a an elder law attorney and highly qualified financial adviser, and is considered one of the leading experts in advising Californians on ways to protect their assets. Mr. Hollander has been involved in multiple pieces of legislation that affect retirees. Mr. Hollander was the lead attorney in CASEP vs. CA Dept of Health Services, an action started to stop the State from recovering against retirement accounts pursuant to emergency regulation R-22-02E.  He was the author of Assembly Bill 412 (Chan), a bill relating to insurance consumer protection. He is regularly a featured speaker and panelist for the California Partnership for Long Term Care.
