Chaque année en France, 50 000 personnes meurent d'un arrêt cardiaque et nous sommes tous concerné(e)s. Le taux de survie est de 5% car il faut agir dans les 4 premières minutes alors que les secours mettent 15 minutes pour venir. Il faut agir avant leur arrivée... 80% des arrêts cardiaques ont lieu à domicile ou sur le lieu de travail, et dans 70% des cas, un témoin est présent et peut changer les choses avec un défibrillateur et des gestes simples 💙
