Link It Software, established 17 years ago, develops B2B software. The Link It Call Center division was established 5 years ago. Link it is headquartered in California, with tech support and Call Center offices in South Dakota. 

Link It's software products are used by thousands. They include:

•	Job Master Software for Windows- Production management software and inventory control for Job Shops and Manufacturers. Modules include bidding, sales order, shop traveler, inspections, purchasing, shipping/receiving, inventory, and shipping. 

•	List Bucket Software- Web based software to manage/update all marketing lists--email, phone, mailing, E-newsletter lists and more. It tracks the date and reason of use of each contract record, which can number in the millions. 

•	Call Center Plus Software- Web based software for outbound/inbound calling, scalable to hundreds of callers.  It tracks call history, schedules call backs, sends email(s) and materials to contacts, updates call lists, and can manage hundreds of projects simultaneously. It contains multiple reports with real time data for internal use and for client access via the Internet. It tracks caller performance and cost data. 

The Link It Call Center was implemented to promote Link It's products. It was subsequently opened to outside clients. To date, it has contracted with 400+ clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 firms needing B2B lead generation, appointment setting, inbound sales and webinar scheduling and more.
