LW Land is owned and operated by Art Secor and Joe Rosso, both natives to the North Carolina area. Located in North Carolina, LW Land operates out of a 6500 square foot building close to uptown Charlotte NC. LW Land and it’s associated companies have approximately 16 years of experience. The company was opened in 2001 in Charlotte and has won many awards over the years. These include awards for sales volume and awards for having one of the top ten largest real estate companies in the region. We have been recognized in Money Magazine, Live South, Charlotte Business Journal, Charlotte Observer, The Rhino Times and Personal Real Estate Investor magazine; talk radio, CBS radio, and more.
