LynCo Properties is a Tulsa, Oklahoma-based real estate management company founded in 1981 by Lyn Goss to oversee properties in the state. Its portfolio has grown from five properties to more than fifty, encompassing conventional apartments, HUD-subsidized housing, housing for the elderly and for persons with disabilities, group homes for individuals with disabilities, as well as HOA and office-building operations.
