Notable large-scale, mixed-use developments include the 1,200-acre WingHaven®
community in O’Fallon, Missouri and the 540-acre NorthPark Business Park in St. Louis County. WingHaven® features the MasterCard International Data Center campus while NorthPark showcases the headquarters and support buildings of Express Scripts. Most recently, M Property Services has been instrumental in securing the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s new facilities within NorthSide Regeneration’s 1,500-acre development near downtown St. Louis.
