Mad Maps was founded in 1999 by Jenny Lefferts as a content developer and copyright publisher of print maps for road-trip enthusiasts whom prefer scenic, interesting and fun places to visit. Mad Maps is a premier multimedia resource for back-road adventure travel of the United States with over 1,000 major city and regional routes complemented by over 6,000 unique points-of-interest developed by local scouts.  MAD Maps sells print maps and route portfolios through the company’s online store and various distribution channels.  MAD Maps develops and sells to customers their company branded maps, road books and now mobile applications like the newly updated Harley Davidson application. These mobile applications deliver our trademark scenic tours right at your fingertips, providing our customers new options for their Mad Map travel experience.  MAD Maps also distributes content to GPS Navigation providers, like Garmin® and for clients who want to offer their customers unique custom tour routes as part of their GPS solution.
