Our CEO, Buck Mann, founded Mann Properties in 1973 and has been a leader in community management ever since, managing all varieties of condominiums and homeowners associations from small 4 unit properties to large properties with hundreds of units in the Ocean City and surrounding areas. Our managers are trained to take a hands-on proactive & innovative approach to management with regular building inspections, frequent board meeting, and prompt response times which produce clean, safe, and well-maintained buildings. This makes for an aesthetically pleasing property for all owners and renters.

As a well maintained building is very important, a financially sound building is even more important. Mann Properties provides full book keeping services, assists in budget preparation and can provide your board of directors with the tools necessary to run a building that is prepared for long term capital expenses and is aggressive in collecting assessments to make your property appealing to prospective buyers and lenders.
 
Mann Properties has been a member of the Delmarva Condominium Managers Association for countless years and Mann Properties was one of the founding members. Various employees at Mann Properties are members of the Community Association Institute(CAI), including Buck Mann, Igor Conev, Kelly Quinn, Stefanie Minemier, and Erik Smakulski. Buck Mann was also on the National Board of Trustees of CAI. Buck Mann and Igor Conev are active members in the Ocean City Development Corporation. Buck Mann is on the Board of Directors in the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the executive committee. Buck Mann has been a member of the Maryland Legislative Action Committee (MDLAC) for over a decade. The LAC is a lobbyist group that monitors condominium law in Maryland.
